Mediterranean Gull: 4th colour ring reading trip to Portugal

Aqui vai uma mensagem de Renaud Flamant sobre uma viagem que vão fazer ele e uns amigos a Portugal para ler anilhas de cores da gaivota-de-cabeça-preta (Larus melanocephalus). Quem tiver informações sobre pontos de interesse para a espécie, não hesite em escrever.

From 8 to 13th of January, I will be again in Portugal with some friends. The primary aim is to read and census Mediterranean Gulls. We'll start in the south with a visit to the salinas of Olhao, Castro Marim and Tavira. This will be followed by a short stop at Vila Nova de Milfontes before sweeping the beaches west of Lisbon and up to the north to Ericeira.
Large gulls should also receive some attention during the afternoon in Sines and Sesimbra. )))
Who has some more info on good spots for Med Gulls in these areas?
